We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@gaia-couture.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions and a shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To ensure you receive the item you want, please return the item for exchange, and once processed, place a separate order for the new item.
